East coast wings was born in 2009 out of a simple but fiery obsession — making the most perfectly crispy, flavor-packed wings on the East Coast. Founder Marcus Delray started with a single deep fryer, a handful of secret sauces, and a dream in the heart of Saint John, New Brunswick.
What began as a small takeout spot at 69 Russell Street quickly became the talk of the town. Word spread fast that these weren't just wings — they were an experience. Locals lined up for the legendary dry rubs and bold sauces that Marcus had perfected over years of experimentation. The east coast wings reputation for quality became impossible to ignore.
